We understand that you may occasionally wish to return the product/products and we wish to help you with the same.
All our products are handcrafted and come under the purview of return only if the product received by you is in a damaged condition. please note damaged condition here is specifically used for products received by you are “already torn/ any beads/ zip/metal/wooden piece is not properly attached /broken” while in transit. In such a case the unboxing video(with out pause) should be attached and send to us with an email at ” email@example.com” mentioning the reason for the same with in three days of you receiving the order and not any later than that. The amount refunded in such a case will be same as the order price ( only if the video and timing guidelines are followed.)
In case of wrong delivery ( this specifically means that you placed an order of some different color /size /product but received an entirely different one) of product/products in terms of desired color/size/product the email concerning the same should be sent at “firstname.lastname@example.org” within three days (no later than that) of you receiving your order with the photo /video attached of the same. The amount refunded in such a case will be same as the order price ( only if the video and timing guidelines are followed.) please note that since these are hand work and we use online mode of selling the pictures may have slight variation in color( this may be due to different laptop and handset used to see the visual provided and amount to natural and artificial light available) and size please refer to the additional information and size provided for your easy reference of the same.
The refund with be provided to you with in 7 days of receiving your refund request owing to acceptance of the same by carpe diem organics and confirmation of such an acceptance will be sent to you via email id registered with us.
In a rare case of exchange of product/products owing to change in your requirement after receiving the product for example need for different color or different size ,an exchange fee will be charged as appropriated by carpe diem organics ,plus return of original product/products in proper condition. In such a situation the request should come within 24hours of you receiving your order and no later than that. usually we don’t offer exchange on any of our product/products ,this service will only be available in the cases as deemed fit by carpe diem organics.
The final decision on refunds and returns/exchange lies solely with carpe diem organics.
